Our Vision:

We are dedicated to promoting gender equality by encouraging our future portfolio companies to invest in leadership development, champion diversity, and ensure non-discrimination. By 2030, we aim to achieve a gender balance of 40/60 in the boards and management groups of the companies we invest in. As part of our commitment, we plan to participate in working groups to set industry benchmarks for gender equality.
