How to Report

If you have a complaint or concern regarding any wrongdoing, we recommend that you first contact the relevant manager or person in charge. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can securely report your suspicions through our whistleblowing service.

Handling of Reports

All reports submitted through the whistleblowing channel are treated confidentially by representatives from CLKDON’s Legal department. Access to these reports is restricted, ensuring your privacy. The Legal team determines the appropriate course of action for each report, and an annual summary of all whistleblowing cases is presented to the Board of Directors for review.
