Leadership and Governance at CLKDON

The Board of Directors at CLKDON appoints the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and approves the CEO’s Instructions, outlining the CEO’s responsibilities. The CEO oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, which include areas such as ongoing investments and divestments, employee management, finance and accounting, and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders, including public authorities and the financial market.

Role of the CEO

The CEO ensures that the Board is provided with all necessary information to make informed decisions. As a member of the CLKDON Board, the CEO participates in all Board meetings, except when performance evaluations are conducted or when the Board meets privately with the auditor, without the presence of the Management team.

Executive Leadership Team

To assist in managing the company’s operations, the CEO has established an Executive Leadership Team. This team collaborates on specific business transactions, monitors value creation plans, addresses sustainability issues, and ensures financial flexibility for CLKDON. Regular assessments of company risks and strategy are conducted, along with discussions on organizational and employee matters during Leadership Team meetings.
