Diversity and Inclusion

Responsible Owner

At CLKDON, we believe that diverse teams, enriched by inclusion and a variety of perspectives, drive innovation and enhance decision-making. We recognize that building long-term successful companies requires a workforce that reflects different backgrounds and experiences.

We encourage our portfolio companies to invest in competence development, promote inclusion and diversity, and ensure a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy work environment.

CLKDON’s 2030 Targets:

  • Actively promote diversity in all dimensions and encourage our companies to do the same.
  • Ensure that CLKDON and all portfolio companies regularly measure the perceived level of inclusion among employees.
  • Achieve a gender balance of 40/60 in the board of directors of our portfolio companies, meaning at least 40% representation of the underrepresented gender.

Responsible Company

As an employer, CLKDON is committed to fostering an open and inclusive working environment where ethical behavior and respect for everyone are paramount. In our small organization, every team member can make a significant impact. We believe that harnessing the full spectrum of talent through diversity and inclusion leads to stronger and more dynamic teams.

CLKDON’s 2030 Target:

  • Achieve a gender balance of 40/60 in CLKDON’s Executive Leadership Team.

We prioritize employee development through on-the-job training and offer various opportunities for continuous learning, including external leadership and mentoring programs, as well as job rotations within our portfolio companies. Our impact and development discussions aim to create an environment where employees can grow and reach their full potential. We regularly conduct employee surveys to assess engagement, motivation, and the perceived level of inclusion.
