Handling of Reports

All reports submitted through the whistleblowing channel are treated confidentially by representatives from CLKDON Group Plc Legal department. Access to these reports is restricted, ensuring your privacy. The Legal team determines the appropriate course of action for each report, and an annual summary of all whistleblowing cases is presented to the Board of Directors for review.
